Wishing Well is an experienced charity,
established in 1983, we have over 22 years
of experience in working with volunteers. We
currently have volunteer opportunities at
our International Volunteer & Resource
Centre (IVRC) in Romania.
Volunteers can work with us on a short-term
(e.g. for 1 or 2 week) basis or stay for
much longer periods. And, unlike many other
charities and organisations we do not charge
people for volunteering with us. We only ask
that you cover the cost of your flight,
internal transfer to our centre and
subsistence whilst you are with us. We will
provide you with 24 hour support, free
accommodation and a whole range of exciting
and interesting activities to get involved
in.
Volunteers in Romania help us work with the
many children that attend our centre.
Children from very poor families, children
living in care homes and children with
disabilities/life threatening illness.
